She will work personally with you to create a beautiful custom cake of your dreams, and also one that will harmonize with the overall decor of your wedding. From the simple and elegant, to over the top floral decadence, Caryn is an expert. She can also craft a theme wedding cake in Western, Tropical, Beach, Black and White and Wedding Charms.

At starting prices, you can choose from a wide variety of cake flavors and fillings, which are iced with Caryn's signature Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Fondant, Marzipan, Chocolate Glaze, Chocolate Ganache are available at an additional charge.

There are many special anniversary parties: 25th, 40th, 50th, 60th, or any anniversary you want to celebrate with an elegant anniversary wedding cake. Caryn's Cakes will create your anniversary cake with the same care she would for a wedding cake. If you want a bride and groom cake topper, Caryn can provide one from a selection of the many available toppers, including military tops.

Some couples choose to have individual wedding cakes for each guest. There is a picture on this page of a miniature cake, and mini cakes can be as simply elegant or intricate as a large cake. You do not have to be a celebrity to enjoy this innovation in wedding cake design.
