The Groom's Cake began as a Southern custom, but have become popular all over the country. Caryn will design a unique groom's cake that showcases the groom's hobbies, talents, favorite things, school affiliation or mascot. Caryn will create a specialty cake that is delicious in his choice of flavors; chocolate, vanilla or many others, plus his choice of fillings. As part of the groom's concept, Caryn will use her talent of hand drawing and painting with white chocolate for the ultimate personal touch. Your icings can be your choice of Caryn's signature Swiss meringue buttercream; or Fondant, Marzipan, Chocolate Glaze, Chocolate Ganache are available at an additional charge.
