Whether for a baby shower, corporate event, birthday party, 25th or 50th Golden anniversary, elegant wedding cake, unique groom's cake or cakes for creative theme party ideas; the same amount of thought, care and attention to detail go into each of her creations. She feels it's important to work one on one with you - to really understand what you want. Together, you'll make all of the decisions regarding the theme, flavors, colors, and overall design. Whether simple and elegant or colorful and crazy, your cake will be uniquely yours, reflecting your personality and tastes. Using various sugar art forms and design techniques, Caryn can bring the cake of you dreams into reality. Of course, if you want her to come up with something on her own, she is eager for the combination of concepts. Whether you prefer traditional piping forms, elaborate confectionary floral and flower embellishments, or a combination of concepts, the resulting cake will surpass your expectations. One of her specialties is hand-drawing using white chocolate as her medium. This technique allows you to put the ultimate personal touch on your cake. Drawings can represent locations, careers, hobbies, friends, or even the family pet. She can draw whatever you like. The response to the cakes with the chocolate drawings has been overwhelmingly positive. Like everything she does, they taste as good as they look. Caryn creates and prepares all of her unique cake design ideas in a bakery. Caryn has an art degree from Syracuse University, as well as a Baking and Pastry Arts degree from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. She serves the Greater Metro Atlanta, Georgia area.
